Menu Latihan Koetaradja episode 1

Menu latihan  untuk minggu pertama dan mungken di ikuti penambahan selama latihan nanti dilakukan, diantaranya;
  1. Dribble : 
  • Crossover dribble (right - left) + defender (crab walk)
  • Spin dribble (right - left) + defender (crab walk)
  • Behind back dribble (left - right) + defender (crab walk)
setelah sampek satu lapangan, defender ganti mendribble bola

2. Shooting
  • Under basket shooting
  • Low Range shooting
  • Free Throw 
  • Middle Range
  • 3 point
3. Lay up
